Over The Top Truck Accessories ships orders from our location in Georgetown, Ohio, ensuring fast and reliable delivery throughout the United States.

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight carriers for oversized truck accessories.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item size and weight

  • Destination

  • Shipping method selected

Free Shipping

We occasionally offer limited free shipping promotions, but they apply only to select standard-sized items and only within the continental United States.

A valid phone number is required so the carrier can schedule delivery.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear on the carrier’s website 

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Over The Top Truck Accessories is not responsible for:

Delays caused by the carrier

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 48 hours so we can help file a claim or arrange a replacement.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Address changes can only be made before an order ships.

We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit.

Cancellations must be made before your order ships.
