Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:
  • Item must be in original condition, with no signs of installation or use
 
  • All original packaging, hardware, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Installed, used, or altered items

  • Custom-made or special-order parts

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Electrical and electronic parts (for safety reasons)

2. Return Shipping Costs

Since we do not ship via freight, all returns are handled through standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS).

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Ensuring the package is packed securely to prevent damage

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

3. Restocking Fees

Some returns may be subject to a 10–25% restocking fee, depending on:

  • Condition of the item

  • Manufacturer requirements

  • Reason for the return

Restocking fees are deducted from the refund total.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to help you exchange your item for a different size, style, or model if available.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To speed up a replacement or refund, please include:

  • Photos of the damage or wrong item

  • Your order number

We will cover the return shipping if the error is on our end.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they ship.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return.

Custom or special-order items may not be cancellable once processed.
